Endoscopy Clinical Case: Rectal polyps (partial Ca change possible)

▶ Male, 62 years old (From Shenzhen University General Hospital);
▶ Findings under colonoscopy: 10cm from the rectum to the anus, a pedunculated polyp was seen, the head end was lobulated, the surface was red and eroded, no obvious ulcer was seen, and the surface of the part stained with indigo carmine was type Vi pp;
▶ Findings under Mini-Probe EUS: the lesion showed moderate and hypoechoic changes, the local cross-sectional size was about 18*17mm, and the submucosa of the pedicle was intact;
▶ Diagnostics: rectal polyps (some Ca changes may be possible)
